Comment by Gombol on T11:14:59-05:00Wowhead Client is about as far from "Required" as Retail is good. Fluff features don't matter if basic updating doesn't work correctly. I code failsafes into DBM for this happening of course but pretty much 10 x out of 10 when a user comes into discord and says "I'm getting a message in game about folders that it's telling me to manually delete, what's that about " and I ask what update they used and it's always wowup.Now to me, this is literally most basic of features that an updater should support, so I always steer my users away from it on that principle alone.
